Join us for a relaxed social / recovery run every Monday evening through the SW Corridor and around Jamaica Pond!
Route: Starting at the Forest Hills Bike Rotary, we'll run north along the SW Corridor bike path, then turn onto Boylston Street, and end with a lap around most of Jamaica Pond!
Average Pace: ~10:00 min/mile.

Parking/Getting Here: Forest Hills is easiest to get to by T, Commuter Rail, or bus. If you're driving, there is paid MBTA parking at Forest Hills Station, plus some nearby street parking depending on the day and time. Please check signs, especially on residential streets.
Start your Tuesday morning with an easy, conversational run along the Emerald Necklace! This is a relaxed group run, usually around 4 to 5 miles, and a great way to get some miles in before the day starts.
Route: We start at the Jamaica Pond Boathouse, then run north along the Emerald Necklace to the Landmark Center, then back to the boathouse!
Average Pace: ~9:00-10:00 min/mile

Parking/Getting Here: Street parking is usually available nearby early in the morning. The meetup spot is also accessible by bus and is a short jog or walk from parts of Jamaica Plain, Brookline, and the Orange Line.
Improve your speed and technique with our Thursday track nights! All levels are welcome and no track experience is needed. We'll start with a brief warmup jog, followed by some dynamic warm-ups and stretches, then break out into workouts.
If you don't have a workout in mind, you can join up with someone else, or we can suggest one for you! (e.g., 400m repeats, jogging around the track/Jamaica Pond, hill repeats along Jamaicaway).
Average Pace: Up to you! You can bring your own workout, join someone else's, or do some laps around the track.
Meetup Location: Downes Field Track, near the picnic tables on the southwest side of the track. (Winter: Reggie Lewis Center)
Parking/Getting Here: If you’re driving, try the small lot near Pond Ave and Jamaica Road, across from Downes Field. There is also nearby street parking, but Brookline may have parking time limits, so check signs. The track is also reachable by bus and by jogging over from Jamaica Pond / Brookline Village.
Join us for a run every Saturday morning, followed by coffee (and ice cream!) at J.P. Licks! We'll start off with a round of names, then split up into groups based on how far and fast people want to run.
Route: Various routes around the Forest Hills area; groups usually pick routes based on how far they want to go.
Average Pace: We typically have groups ranging from ~10:30+ min/mile for ~4 miles up to ~8:30 min/mile for 8+ miles, but it depends on what people want to do that day. (If you want to go a shorter distance, folks will often peel off and head to J.P. Licks earlier!)
